Need Help Relaxing?

If you’re looking to get more from your meditation practice, then join us in one of our mindfulness meditation workshops. You’ll get the hands-on experience you need to get a solid foundation of the practice, and how to apply it to everyday life. In these workshops, author and meditation teacher, Charles A. Francis, will lead you in discussions, exercises, and meditation. Each is a one-day (Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm) workshop that you can fit into your busy schedule.

Cost: Each workshop is $45 per person. Tuition includes lunch and any supplies needed.

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners
(Saturday, January 26, 2019)

If you have little or no meditation experience, then this workshop is for you. You will learn the basics of the mindfulness meditation practice, and gain the tools you need for staying engaged and motivated.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Calm a racing mind
  • Overcome stress
  • Improve your health
  • Improve your relationships
  • Realize true happiness and inner peace

We will cover topics such as the nature of suffering, the sources of mental agitation, and establishing an effective meditation routine. Through this workshop, you’ll find out just how quickly and easily you can calm your mind and ease stress through mindfulness meditation.
