If you’re looking to get more from your meditation practice, then join us in one of our mindfulness meditation workshops. You’ll get the hands-on experience you need to get a solid foundation of the practice, and how to apply it to everyday life. In these workshops, author and meditation teacher, Charles A. Francis, will lead you in discussions, exercises, and meditation. Each is a one-day (Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm) workshop that you can fit into your busy schedule.

Mindfulness for Busy People Workshop
(Sept. 30, 2017)

Don’t have time for long meditation sessions? Then this workshop is for you. It is designed for people with busy lives, and little or no meditation experience. You will learn how to practice mindfulness without taking up much of your valuable time. You’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your racing mind
  • Relieve stress and anxiety
  • Stop worrying so much
  • Manage your time more effectively
  • Stay motivated & committed to your practice

We will cover topics, such as the sources of mental agitation, how to incorporate mindfulness into your regular routine, and establishing an effective mindfulness practice. Through this 1-day workshop you’ll find out how to get on a solid path to inner peace and true happiness.
