Need Help Learning Mindfulness Meditation?

If you’re looking to get more from your meditation practice, then join us in one of our mindfulness meditation workshops. You’ll get the hands-on experience you need to get a solid foundation of the practice, and how to apply it to everyday life. In these workshops, author and meditation teacher, Charles A. Francis, will lead you in discussions, exercises, and meditation. Each is a one-day (Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm) workshop that you can fit into your busy schedule.

Transforming Your Relationships through Mindfulness Meditation (June 24, 2017)
Are you sometimes baffled by personal relationships? Then this workshop is for you. We’ll take the mystery out of personal interactions, so you can cultivate deeper and more meaningful relationships. Even casual relationships will take on greater meaning. Find out:

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners (July 22, 2017)
This workshop is for absolute beginners, and those with little experience. You will learn the basics of the mindfulness meditation practice, and gain the tools you need for staying engaged and motivated. You’ll learn:

  • How to calm a racing mind
  • How to overcome stress
  • How to improve your health

We will cover topics such as the nature of suffering, the sources of mental agitation, and establishing an effective meditation routine. Through this workshop you’ll find out how to get on a solid path to inner peace and true happiness.
