Corporate Mindfulness Workshops

Author and meditation teacher Charles Francis regularly conducts mindfulness meditation workshops for various organizations to help their management and staff cope with stress more effectively, so they can lower healthcare costs and increase productivity. The workshops vary in length and topics covered, according to the client’s needs. They can be as simple as a 1-hour introduction to the practice, or a 2-day full immersion seminar.

”Not only did we learn a great deal about both the personal and workplace benefits of meditation, but the actual meditation portion allowed us to relax and be in the moment in a way that cleared our minds for the rest of the workday and beyond.” Jackie Peluso Drumm, Sageworks

Charles also conducts stress reduction sessions on an ongoing basis, such as weekly or biweekly. These sessions consist of various stress-relief exercises in conjunction with deep relaxation meditation. They are extremely effective at helping staff members relax quickly, and keep stress under control.

If you are interested in a workshop for your organization, feel free to contact him to discuss your needs. You can reach him at (919) 662-5079, or through the online contact form.

“I saw a positive difference in my focus and energy levels immediately after the session. I spoke to several employees afterwards, who also saw immediate benefits from participating.” ~ Kenya Oduor, Ph.D, LexixNexis
