Mindfulness Meditation Group in Raleigh

Need help learning how to meditate? Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, and how to get the most from your practice at our new meditation meeting every Tuesday evening.

Author and meditation teacher, Charles A. Francis, will cover the basic principles and techniques of meditation through “The 12 Steps of the Mindfulness Meditation Practice.”

There will be instruction, discussion, and meditation. You will learn how to:

  • Overcome stress and depression
  • Enhance your spiritual development
  • Heal and transform the wounds from your past
  • Improve your relationships with loved ones
  • Realize true inner peace and happiness

It is ideal for both beginners and experienced meditators.

There are two churches right next to each other. Ridge Road Baptist Church is one block north of Lake Boone Trail. The music room is located on the northern most part of the facilities, to the right of the sanctuary.

No meditation experience necessary. There is no need to register. All you have to do is show up. Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and family. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Author and meditation teacher Charles Francis regularly conducts mindfulness meditation workshops for various organizations to help their management and staff cope with stress more effectively, so they can lower healthcare costs and increase productivity. The workshops vary in length and topics covered, according to the client’s needs. They can be as simple as a 1 hour introduction to the practice, or a 2-day full immersion seminar.
