About Charles Francis

Charles Francis is the founder and director of the Mindfulness Meditation Institute. He has studied the practice of mindfulness with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, and has developed a system of teaching mindfulness meditation that has been proven effective in transforming the lives of countless people throughout the U.S.

For over 16 years, he has been working to help people find inner peace through the practice of mindfulness meditation. He has conducted personal consultations, lectures, workshops, and spiritual retreats. Charles’ new writing meditation technique has been featured on author Elisha Goldstein’s Mindfulness & Psychotherapy blog.
